Did you know music activates every known part of the brain?
Listening to and playing music can make you smarter, happier, healthier and more productive at all stages of life.
I know this to be true because the exponential increase of dance parties in my home inspired by my twinkle-toed toddler on a daily basis. Her current favorite is "Get on the Good Foot" by James Brown. You can't help but grin, get your dance on and feel your mood shift skyward.
